The batch of Zuzanas that is being produced for Ukraine is part of a contract signed a while ago and it will be paid for thanks to Germany/Denmark/Norway - perhaps the new government could stop the transfers of gear and ammunition from the SK Army’s stocks, but I don’t think they will go as far as breaking contracts where fellow EU countries are involved. Hungary’s situation is well known but still sad, they would have quite a bit of Soviet equipment to send.
By the way, I had read some time ago that in 2016 Italy transferred 40 thousand 155mm HE shells from its Cold War era stocks to the Croatian Army, do you know anything about that? I guess they are part of the strategic reserve?
